Why We Share Messages Online
The Bible says that “faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God” (Romans 10:17). Recording and sharing messages means the Word can keep working long after a service ends – on a commute, at home with family or in a small group discussion. It also allows members who are travelling, unwell or far from a branch to stay connected with their church family.
What You Will Find Here
Live Service points you to the channels where services are streamed. Weekly Service Video collects recordings of recent services. Podcasts offer audio teaching from resident pastors that you can listen to on the go. Theme of the Month is where the Presiding Bishop’s monthly theme is shared, and the Photo Gallery captures moments from fellowship, ministry and celebrations. Finally, the Camp Meeting 2018 page keeps a record of one of the region’s past gatherings.
How to Get the Most From a Recorded Message
- Listen with your Bible open and look up each scripture that is mentioned.
- Take notes – write down one truth to believe and one step to take.
- Discuss it with a friend, your family or your home cell.
- Pray it through – turn what you heard into prayer and thanksgiving.
