Media

The Media Ministry uses sound, video, photography and online platforms to carry the message of Victory Bible Church International – North America beyond the walls of the sanctuary.

Serving the Church Through Media

Every service involves many unseen hands. Media volunteers make sure the Word can be heard clearly in the room and reach people who cannot be present in person. Their work supports the church’s mission “to convert people within our community in all creative ways” – and modern media is one of the most creative ways available today.

  • Sound and projection – clear audio for preaching and worship, and lyrics or scriptures on screen.
  • Live streaming – broadcasting services so members and friends can worship online; see our live service page.
  • Video and recordings – capturing sermons and special events for the weekly service videos.
  • Photography – preserving moments from church life for the photo gallery.
  • Social media – sharing encouragement and announcements on Facebook, YouTube and Instagram.

Excellence as Worship

One of VBCI’s values is commitment to excellence, alongside creativity and innovation. For the Media Ministry, excellence is not about expensive equipment; it is about serving with care so that nothing distracts from the message. Scripture reminds us, “whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord” (Colossians 3:23).

Skills Are Welcome – and Can Be Learned

If you have experience with audio, cameras, editing, graphic design or social media, your skills can bless the church. If you are simply willing to learn, that is welcome too. Many media volunteers start by helping with simple tasks and grow from there. Serving in media is also a practical way to find your place in ministry.

How to Join

Media teams are organised in each local congregation. Visit a VBCI branch and ask for the media team leader, or reach out via our contact page.
