Bishop Elijah Saforo is a Senior Associate Minister of the Victory Bible Church International (VBCI), headquartered in Accra, Ghana, West Africa. He is currently the Sector Overseer of VBCI North America. He functions as a member of the Apostolic and Executive Councils of Victory Bible Church International (VBCI), and he is the Director of the Praise and Worship ministries in the VBCI.

Bishop Elijah is respected internationally as a Prophet, Apostle of Music, Teacher, Author, Coach, and Leadership Mentor, especially in the area of praise and worship. By God’s grace he is a diversely gifted vessel of the supernatural manifestations of God.

In Bible schools, seminars, conferences and churches around the world, the motivational passion and vision of Bishop Elijah is for every believer and every church to experience God’s glory on earth. As a result of this, he has raised many sons and daughters of the rare kind who carry the same grace in their ministries across the globe.

The central theme of Bishop Elijah Saforo’s message is the Glory of the Lord and the House of the Lord; the two main streams which God has promised to restore these last days.

In his book, Covering God’s Throne, Bishop Elijah Saforo critically examines the genesis of praise and worship dating as far back as the era of Lucifer, the former chief worshipper and the anointed cherub who covered God’s throne, and provides the reader with keys to enriching his or her life as a true worshipper of God in spirit and in truth.

Bishop Elijah’s works of music include his latest album, Your Majesty, and the previous album, The Name of Jesus. Bishop Elijah is married to Gifty Saforo and they are proud parents of Elisha, Emmanuella and Esther.
